I use the following techniques to to help you better understand and alleviate your pain, stress, and anxiety. 

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns, helping individuals develop healthier responses and improve emotional well-being.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Helps process trauma by reprocessing distressing memories, promoting healing through bilateral stimulation and adaptive information processing.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Explores inner "parts" of oneself, promoting harmony by helping individuals understand, heal, and integrate different emotional sub-personalities.

Mindfulness

Encourages present-moment awareness, helping individuals reduce stress, improve focus, and foster emotional regulation and well-being.

Polyvagal Theory

Explains how our nervous system responds to stress, focusing on safe connections to promote calm, resilience, and healing.

Flash Technique

Flash Technique (FT) is an intervention to assist us when feelings and memories are too overwhelming to discuss in detail. This can be a helpful and rapid process.
